Ford Kiernan Joins ‘Songs for Amy’ Team

Ford Kiernan, best known for the hit BBC comedy series 'Still Game' and as one of Scotland's most prominent comedians, has joined the 'Songs for Amy' team as a producer, assisting in the creative delivery of the film. He is also going to be playing the role of 'Sled the Drummer' in the film. Gavin Mitchell, who has worked with Ford over the years and also starred in 'Still Game' will also be joining the film in the role of Bob Sweeney, the Hotel Manager. We are thrilled to have the cream of Scotland's comedy talent on board the film. 'Songs for Amy' has a strong contemporary celtic theme, showing the affinity between the Scots and the Irish, particularly through the dark humour that there's always laughs to be found when the chips are down!
